Hi, I’m Nick Wignall
I’m a psychologist, writer, and entrepreneur based out of Portland, OR. Here’s what I’m up to at the moment:
- Consulting. I co-founded and run a leadership consultancy for high-performing teams. We specialize in designing and facilitating custom offsites and retreats for leadership and executive teams.
- Coaching. I have a mindset coaching practice where I help anxious high-achievers overcome the inner obstacles to success. While most of my clients are executives, I consider the high-achiever label to be broad and have worked with a range of professionals from artists and entrepreneurs to musicians and surgeons.
- Writing. I write a weekly newsletter where I share practical, evidence-based advice for emotional health and resilience. The newsletter is read by 50,000+ people each week and my writing has been featured in media outlets like NBC, Business Insider, Inc Magazine, and Aeon.
