Thanks Rita 🙂
This podcast was outstanding! I was really excited to listen to it. The timing is weirdly great for me, since I’m about 1/3 of the way through Emma’s emotional regulation course on YouTube. I’d recommend it to anyone who struggles, particularly those who are susceptible to dysregulation.
For the first time in many years, I am getting some relief from intense anxiety. Thank you both for the incredible work you do every day!
